By using our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these terms. Please make sure you:

- Use our website and products responsibly

Our Products
We do our best to show our products accurately, but please keep in mind:
- Colors might look slightly different on your screen
- Packaging may vary from what’s shown in images
- We fix errors in descriptions or prices when we find them
Comfortring is a comfort and hygiene product — not a medical device. It’s not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. If you have health concerns, please talk to a doctor before using our products.
Placing an Order
How It Works
- You add items to your cart and check out
- We send you an order confirmation email
- Once we ship your order, the purchase is final
Your Information
When you order, you’ll need to provide your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. By doing so, you confirm that:
- You’re allowed to use the payment method you’ve chosen
- The information you give us is accurate and complete
- We can share your details with our payment processor (Stripe) and shipping partners to complete your order
Order Cancellation
We might need to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There’s an error in the pricing or description
- Something looks suspicious (like potential fraud)
We’ll always let you know if this happens.
Prices and Payment
Pricing
Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your region (EUR, HUF, or RON). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Prices can change, but any changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. If something beyond our control (like new customs duties or shipping rate increases) affects your order before we ship it, we’ll let you know and you can cancel if you prefer.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and digital wallets (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay) through Stripe.
Your card will be checked by your bank. If they don’t approve the payment, we can’t process your order — but that’s between you and your bank.
When you pay through our site, you’re also agreeing to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
Shipping
Where We Ship
We ship to European Union countries and other European destinations.
Delivery Times
We process orders within 24-48 hours on business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Important Notes
- Double-check your address — we can’t change it after you order
- Customs and import taxes for international orders are your responsibility
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page. We’ll help you get a refund or replacement.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Because Comfortring is an intimate hygiene product, there are some special conditions around returns. Please read our full Return and Refund Policy for all the details.
Once you request a refund, expect your money back within 14 business days (depending on Stripe and your bank).

- Allergic reactions (please check the materials before use)

Safe Usage Guidelines
To get the best experience and stay safe, please:
- Don’t wear Comfortring for more than 8 hours at a time — give your skin a break
- Always put on a fresh Comfortring — don’t reuse one without washing it first
- Comfortring should NOT be worn during sex — it’s designed for everyday comfort during normal activities like work, exercise, and daily routines
- Don’t use if you have reduced skin sensitivity — whether from alcohol, medication, or any substance that affects your awareness or perception
- Comfortring doesn’t replace proper hygiene — keep washing as usual
Comfortring is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent bacterial infections or any medical condition. It’s purely a comfort and hygiene product. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.
This doesn’t affect your rights as an EU consumer — those are protected by law.
Playing Fair
Please don’t:
- Use our website for anything illegal
- Try to hack or break our systems
- Submit fake information
- Resell our products without permission
- Use bots or scrapers on our site
Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. For big changes, we’ll try to give you a heads up.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Resolving Problems
If something’s wrong, please contact us first. We’d rather work things out directly than get lawyers involved.
If we can’t sort it out together, EU consumers can use the Online Dispute Resolution platform. You can also go to the courts in your home country.
These terms follow EU consumer protection laws. If you’re in the EU, your local consumer rights always apply.
