We are committed to providing you with quality intimate hygiene products and a transparent shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy is designed in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

Your Right of Withdrawal

When you purchase from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period begins the day after you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. If you ordered multiple items that are delivered separately, the period begins after you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, simply contact us in writing before the 14-day period expires. You may:

  • Send an email to our customer service
  • Use the contact form on our website
  • Send a letter to our business address

Your communication must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract. We recommend keeping a copy of your withdrawal notice for your records.

Important: Hygiene Products & Good Faith Returns

Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

Under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

“the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery”

Our products are intimate hygiene items. While EU law permits us to refuse returns on any opened hygiene products, we want to be fair to customers who genuinely want to try our product before committing to a larger order.

Our Good Faith Policy

We understand that you may need to open a package to try the product. That’s completely reasonable. However, we ask for good faith in return:

Single package: If you ordered just one package and opened it to try the product, we will refund you in full — no return required.

Multiple packages: If you ordered multiple packages and kept some sealed/unopened, we will gladly refund your entire order — you only need to return the unopened packages. You may keep the opened ones.

Requires good faith: If you ordered multiple packages, you must have at least some unopened packages to return. This demonstrates that you gave the product a fair trial using a reasonable quantity.

Example: If you ordered 3 packages and opened all of them, none can be returned. In this case, we reserve the right to decide whether to grant a refund. Opening all packages does not demonstrate good faith — you only need to open one package to adequately try the product.

Why This Policy?

This approach balances consumer protection with preventing abuse. It allows you to try the product before fully committing and get a refund if it’s not right for you — while protecting us from situations where someone uses an entire order and then requests a full refund.

Return Shipping

In accordance with Article 14(1) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for:

  • Return postage and packaging costs
  • Ensuring the items are properly packaged for transit
  • Shipping to our designated returns address

Please contact us before returning any items to receive the correct return address and any specific instructions.

Return Deadline

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must send the items back within 14 days. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before this period expires.

Your Refund

What We Refund

For valid refund requests, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price of your entire order
  • Original standard delivery costs

Single package orders: Full refund, no return required.

Multiple package orders: You only need to return the unopened packages. Delivery costs may be refunded proportionally based on the value refunded.

If you originally chose an express or premium delivery option, we will refund only the amount equivalent to our standard delivery rate.

Refund Timeline

In accordance with Article 13 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, we will process your refund within 14 days of:

  • Single package orders: Receiving your refund request
  • Multiple package orders: Receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that you have sent back the goods (whichever comes first)

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.

Product Condition

Returned items must be:

  • In their original, sealed packaging
  • With all seals and security features intact
  • In the same condition as when delivered
  • Accompanied by any accessories, documentation, or free gifts included with the order

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the outer packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Claims submitted later or without sufficient evidence may be declined.
